Will Real Estate Virtual Solutions sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

Yes! REVS can sign a non-disclosure agreement that covers both your relationship with REVS/your relationship with any hired assistants. However, we cannot sign anything that contains a noncompete clause. Please note, in signing a custom NDA with a specific Virtual Assistant, this action will diminish our team's ability to oversee your account from a quality and supervision perspective.

Is my virtual partner dedicated to me?

Yes! Your virtual partner only works on your tasks during the agreed-upon hours.

What are the costs and payment terms?

See the "Pricing" section for costs. There are no set up fees, recruitment or training costs, and prices include GST. Invoices are to be paid monthly, in advance of work being completed.

Do I have to pay superannuation, leave, or office-related expenses?

No! This is one of the advantages hiring a virtual partner instead of in-house employee.

Do I have to pay GST?

No! At this time with the business, structure, GST is not required. This may change and you will be notified in advance.

Does my business have to be in the real estate industry?

Yes! REVS specialises in the real estate industry, so you have a partner who is passionate about real estate rather than someone merely completing tasks without looking at the bigger picture.

Why are you more expensive than off-shore virtual assistants?

While offshore assistants might appear cheaper dollar-wise, the long-term value of working with a skilled Australian virtual partner -- especially one knowledgeable in the local culture, industry, and language -- far outweighs the cost difference. You’re paying for someone who requires less oversight and can handle more specialised tasks with greater accuracy.

Do you offer real estate-related virtual services above what is outlined on this site?

Yes! Our virtual partners have a diverse range of skills, and are open to discussing what your needs are. However, you will be best outsourcing generic admin and marketing tasks to better suited partners.

Where are you based and can you provide on-site services?

Partners are currently located in Brisbane, Queensland and can provide on-site services which will involve covering all travel/accommodation expenses in addition to the partnership services contracted for.

What breed of dog is Nox?
